All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Other Countries: 10–20 business days

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email address.

Please note that shipping delays may occur during holidays or peak shopping seasons. During special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Black Friday, and Christmas, delivery times may be extended by several business days.


ADDITIONAL NOTES

The shipping time frames above apply to standard shipping methods only.

Orders shipped to regions and territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, and military addresses may require an additional 7–10 business days for delivery.

For international orders, customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays. Unfortunately, Loveinlist cannot control customs processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Please note that free shipping promotions may not apply to certain products, oversized items, or remote regions.


ORDER TRACKING

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.

Please allow 5–7 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

If tracking details are not immediately available, it means the shipping carrier has not yet scanned your package.

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team and we will gladly assist you.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Loveinlist is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers at checkout.

If you request the shipping carrier to redirect or forward your package after it has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
