Return Window

We accept returns within 60 days of the delivery date.

1. Return & Exchange Process

If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory Diamond Painting Kit, please contact us within 60 days of delivery.

Step 1 – Contact Us

Email our customer support team with the following information:

• Your order number
• Reason for the return or exchange
• A detailed description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Step 2 – Receive Return Authorization

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address via email.

Please do not return any item without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Step 3 – Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will process your refund or exchange if your request is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
